本機床主拖動采用開關磁阻調速系統（SRD）或伺服系統，工作臺往復運動可以實現無級調速，其寬大的調速范圍可滿足刨、銑、磨的各種速度要求。刀架進給運動有獨立進給箱，使進刀更均勻，可以加工各種材質的平面、斜面、T型槽、組合導軌和齒條等。

1、多頭蝸桿拖動高精度齒條，工作臺運動更平穩。

2、獨立的工作臺潤滑系統，使工作臺在各種速度下都能得到充分潤滑。

3、床身、立柱等關鍵件的回火、震動時效、超音頻淬火等熱處理工藝，使機床精度更穩定、使用壽命更長。

4、機床床身、立柱、橫梁和工作臺根據重型機床參數設計，材料采用HT250以上鑄鐵鑄造，使機床具有更好的穩定性和精度保持性。

2.To get enough lubrication of table at any speed with independent lubrication system.

3.The adoption of heat-treatment techniques like drawing the temper off/quiver-ageing/hyperacoustic quenching on key parts as the machine body/column enables more stable accuracy and longer working life.

4.Machine body/column/beam/table are designed according to the parameters between light & heavy-duty machines, and the material is cast iron (≥HT250),so the machine is with better stability & accuracy retentivity.
