特點： 
伺服控制器控制，液壓傳動控制，伺服電機-行星減速機-滾珠絲杠驅動系統，箱形框架構件等部分組成。 

臥式磨頭以磨削水平平面為主（亦可磨削90度V型軌的斜面）。 
立式磨頭（液壓鎖緊），以磨削側平面為主，調整角度，亦可磨削任何角度的V形軌及燕尾槽等斜面。 

龍門式框架，由雙立柱、橫梁及床身組成封閉式剛性框架結構。 
橫梁為矩形階梯式導軌，力學性能好，剛性強。 

臥式磨頭采用獲得國家專利的動靜壓主軸，立式磨頭采用滾動軸承。 

工作臺移動無級調速，運動平穩、噪音小，獨立液壓站裝有油溫風冷裝置。工作臺移動速度及定距，可遠程控制，無級調速，并有點動和自動功能。 

由自動潤滑裝置進行潤滑。若缺油可自動停機并報警。
